All anyone can talk about is Zendaya’s attendance at the Louis Vuitton RTW Fall show, what she was wearing, who she was with and if she’s the new brand ambassador. She arrived with her longtime stylist Law Roach wearing a tiger-stripe blazer-and-short-shorts set(over a black bralette), complete with matching knee-high boot and a mini Capucines bag. Zendaya missed the Valentino show the day before, so one can only speculate that her deal with Valentino has ended and Zendaya is new brand ambassador for Louis Vuitton. The Luxury Fashion House had all the heavy hitters in attendance. LV served us 44 looks. The collection missed for me, 4/10, nothing new. The coats and symmetric dresses were the pieces that stood out to me. Maybe Pharrell Williams as their new creative director will breathe some life back into the brand, adding Zendaya certainly will. Leaving Valentino for Louis Vuitton is a bold move, but if anyone can pull it off it’s Zendaya . She has to put all her trust in the “Law.”
I loved Zendaya’s look, but Sarah Paulson and Holland Taylor won best in show, in my opinion.
