Lip balm companies really have us in a chokehold, don’t they? Give women of color the opportunity, and they won’t just take it, they will finesse it, and turn it into pure gold. Summer Fridays better count its days because there’s a new lip balm in town—her name is EADEM, she’s sexy, and she’s coming for the throne. EADEM (which means “the same”) is a brand created by women of color Chemist Alice Lin Glover(Taiwanese American) and Marie Kouadio (French -Ivorian).
EADEM is just that girl because you can find a variety of tints that flatter every skin tone. EADEM is true inclusivity, its not just a buzzword to them, its standard. It’s hydrating formula, locks in moisture practically all day and It’s not waxy or grainy. It’s smooth and doesn’t clump up like other brands. The metal applicator helps to glide the product over your lips with ease. it’s vegan, lead free, cruelty free and dermatologist tested. Retails for $24.00 but definitely worth every penny!
